You will assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), taking site measurements, tracking material usage, and monitoring project costs. You will help prepare quotations, process subcontractor payments, track variations, and ensure that projects stay within approved budgets. You will also liaise with suppliers, site teams, and clients when needed.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and quotations.

Requirements & Qualifications
A diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Construction, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in quantity surveying or construction projects.
Experience in interior fit-out, joinery, or finishing works is a strong advantage.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Ability to read technical and architectural drawings.
Honesty, organization, and the ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
