Job Description
Plexus Energy is Kenya's Leading Power Continuity Solutions Provider, delivering green energy products and solutions. The Assistant, Administration & Logistics Officer will support inventory management, coordinate deliveries, and assist with office operations. This role is central to maintaining the efficiency of the supply chain for renewable energy components such as solar panels and batteries.
Key Responsibilities:
Support inventory and store management (solar panels, inverters, batteries, etc.).
Coordinate deliveries to project sites and clients.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Assist with office operations and facilities upkeep.
Support logistics and administrative functions across the team.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or Business Administration.
3–5 years’ experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations.
Experience handling technical or high-value inventory (experience in renewable energy, electrical, or engineering sectors is an advantage).
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and inventory systems.
Professional certification (CIPS/KISM) is an added advantage.
