Maseno University is seeking to recruit six (6) qualified Artisans specializing in Masonry. This is a technical role involving construction, maintenance, and repair of masonry structures within the university premises. The positions are offered on a fixed-term basis to support ongoing projects and maintenance requirements.
Responsibilities and Duties
Perform masonry work including laying bricks, stones, or concrete blocks.
Mix mortar and plaster for various construction and repair tasks.
Interpret basic technical drawings and blueprints for masonry projects.
Ensure structural integrity and high-quality finishing of masonry work.
Perform maintenance and repair of existing buildings and structures.
Maintain and care for masonry tools and equipment.
Adhere to workplace safety regulations and construction standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
Interested candidates must possess the relevant artisan qualifications in Masonry.
An updated Curriculum Vitae (CV).
ALL academic and professional certificates.
ALL academic transcripts (where applicable).

Terms of Service
The Terms of Service for ALL the positions will be on a Fixed Term Contract, non-renewable for a maximum period of Six (6) months.
