Our 12-month Apprentice Program is designed to provide recent graduates with a comprehensive, 360-degree view of the industry. As an apprentice, you will be rotated through key sections within the production department, gaining hands-on experience and professional exposure to real-world industrial systems.
Responsibilities
Rotate through various sections of the production department to understand the full scope of the manufacturing and engineering environment.
Assist the technical team in the maintenance and calibration of instrumentation and control systems.
Support the automation engineering team in troubleshooting and optimizing industrial processes.
Apply theoretical engineering knowledge to practical industrial settings under the guidance of senior engineers.
Participate in departmental projects and contribute to the overall efficiency of the production team.
Requirements
A recent Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation & Automation Engineering (First Class or Second Class Honors).
Must have graduated within the last 2 years.
A ‘go-getter’ attitude and a hunger for continuous learning.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
