Participating Business Units
Audit & Assurance: Focused on integrity, independence, and transparency, utilizing world-class technologies to deliver quality and enhance trust.
Accounting & Reporting Assurance (Actuarial): Provides a range of assurance, actuarial, and specialist advisory services to leading organizations in banking, insurance, and securities.
Africa Consulting Services: Delivers innovative solutions through Strategy, Risk & Transactions (SRT) and Technology & Transformation (T&T), helping organizations navigate complex business transformations.
Tax & Legal: Simplifies tax and back-office management through practical tax advice and a robust compliance framework.
Key Responsibilities
Learn and apply Deloitte standards, procedures, and methodologies on various assignments.
Ensure assigned work is completed within agreed time frames and budgets, following approved methodologies.
Maintain and utilize accurate and timely data on assigned tasks while optimizing available knowledge sources.
Keep abreast of technical developments in the profession and the country to anticipate client needs.
Identify and raise issues that may affect the quality of data or delivery timelines with the manager.
Develop productive working relationships with client staff.
Manage information security risks during engagements in alignment with Deloitte policies.
Maintain personal development and knowledge in specialized professional areas.
Qualifications and Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of Second Upper Division (or equivalent) for Audit, Tax, or Africa Consulting Services roles.
A bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science with a minimum of Second Upper Division (or equivalent) specifically for the Actuarial role.
Graduated within the last three years (2024, 2025, or 2026). Candidates must have completed their studies by the application closing date.
Minimum Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) overall grade of B, with at least a B in Mathematics and English (or equivalent).
A qualification, or ongoing pursuit of qualification, as a CPA, ACCA, IFoA, or equivalent is desired but not mandatory.
Must be a Kenyan citizen.
