Deloitte in Kenya currently has an exciting opportunity for dynamic individuals to join us as Associates/Analysts under our 2026 Annual Graduate Recruitment Programme. In this role, you will support high-performing teams in making an impact that matters and delivering exceptional client service.
Role and Responsibilities
In this role, your primary focus will be on learning and professional development while contributing to client engagements across various service lines including Audit, Tax, Africa Consulting Services, and Actuarial. Your responsibilities will include:
Methodology and Standards: Learning and applying Deloitte standards, procedures, and methodologies on all assigned tasks.
Project Execution: Ensuring assigned work is completed within agreed time frames, budgets, and according to approved standards.
Data Integrity: Maintaining accurate and timely data for assigned tasks and utilizing firm knowledge sources effectively.
Technical Awareness: Staying updated on technical developments within the profession and the Kenyan market to provide value-added solutions to clients.
Reporting: Raising potential issues regarding data quality or project timelines with the manager promptly.
Relationship Building: Developing productive and professional working relationships with client personnel.
Risk Management: Managing information security risks during engagements in line with Deloitte policies.
Professional Growth: Continuously maintaining and developing knowledge in specialized professional areas.
Qualifications and Requirements
Academic Excellence: A bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least a Second Class Upper Division (for Audit, Tax, or Africa Consulting Services) OR a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science with a Second Class Upper Division (for Actuarial roles).
Recent Graduate: Must have graduated within the last three years (2024, 2025, or 2026). Candidates must have completed their studies by the application closing date. (A letter of completion is required if the degree certificate is pending).
Secondary Education: Minimum KCSE overall grade of B, with at least a B in both Mathematics and English (or equivalent).
Professional Pursuit: Ongoing pursuit or completion of professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, IFoA, or equivalent) is desired but not mandatory.
Citizenship: Applicants must be Kenyan citizens.
