Job Description
The Administrator: Operations will deliver operations administrative support services through the execution of predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs). This role is essential for maintaining the operational efficiency of the bank's internal processes and customer service functions.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Support: Provide consistent operations support following standard operating procedures.
Ad Hoc Duties: Offer support to customers and team members as required to ensure team performance on an ongoing basis.
Compliance and Risk Management: Fulfil all activities in adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements, and quality standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce and Management Studies is required.
Academic Level: BA/BSc/HND qualification is preferred.
Procedural Adherence: Ability to execute tasks strictly within predefined objectives and standard operating procedures.
