Job Description
Talent Grid Africa is seeking an Administrative Assistant – Technical Sales Support. This role goes beyond traditional administration; it sits at the intersection of customer experience, technical coordination, and sales support. The ideal candidate will bring both a strong administrative foundation and a background in biomedical or related technical fields to effectively bridge communication between clients, technical teams, and internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting day-to-day technical sales operations.
Managing client communication and inquiries with professionalism.
Preparing proposals, presentations, and technical documentation.
Coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and internal workflows.
Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Supporting onboarding and training of clients on technical solutions.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role (technical environment preferred).
Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory Technology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM systems.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining attention to detail.
Must be a female.
