Job Description

The Administration Liaison Officer and Clinic Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating daily clinic operations across all clinical and administrative functions. This role ensures efficient patient flow, scheduling, and service coordination while maintaining a personal Christian witness and encouraging staff to share the gospel.
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate daily clinic operations across clinical and administrative functions.
Ensure the clinic provides safe, high-quality, patient-centered care during operating hours.
Supervise clinic staff to ensure care honors God and monitor staff attendance.
Manage budgets, operational costs, and performance reporting.
Implement and monitor clinical protocols, infection prevention standards, and medication safety practices.
Develop referral pathways into the AGC Tenwek Hospital Karen clinic and to main hospital facilities.
Ensure alignment with all hospital policies, protocols, and standards.
Oversee patient registration, eligibility verification, coding, billing, and claims submission.
Timely follow up on claim approvals and denials and ensure financial integrity protocols.
Act as a liaison with insurance providers, regulatory bodies (SHA/KMPDC), and other government offices.
Oversee patient experience, resolve complaints, and support quality assurance processes.
Ensure the facility and equipment are adequately branded, licensed, and maintained.
Oversee supply chain and resource management activities.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related field.
Diploma in Business Administration is desired.
Professional Certification and Membership/Registration where applicable.
3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations or clinic management.
More than two years of hands-on experience in general office administration.
