About the Role
Superior Homes Kenya is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Activation Executive to represent the brand at various activations, events, and exhibitions. In this role, you will be the face of the company, engaging prospective clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the entire sales process from initial inquiry to closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Representation: Represent Superior Homes Kenya professionally at activations, events, and exhibitions.
- Lead Generation: Proactively engage prospective clients to collect high-quality leads.
- Nurturing & Follow-up: Conduct consistent follow-ups through telephone calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.
- CRM Maintenance: Record, organize, and update prospective client data and lead details in the CRM system.
- Site Visits: Invite interested prospects for site visits and guide them through professional site tours.
- Project Presentation: Clearly present detailed project information to clients to facilitate decision-making.
- Sales Support: Assist and support the sales cycle from lead acquisition to closing deals.
- Reporting: Prepare periodic activation and lead generation progress reports.
- Collateral Management: Ensure that all activation materials, promotional items, and branding booths are well presented at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with the sales and marketing departments to drive collective team targets.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or any related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales, promotions, brand activations, customer service, or real estate is highly desirable and considered an added advantage.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Attributes: High level of confidence, professional demeanor, and a well-groomed appearance.
- Tools: Comfortable utilizing CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and emails for client follow-ups.
- Flexibility: Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when activations or site visits are scheduled.
