Fanisi HR Solutions is seeking a dedicated Accountant to oversee and manage the company's financial operations. The role involves setting up and managing the company’s finance and accounting systems, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring strict compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing financial insights that drive business decisions.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n* Set up and manage the company’s finance and accounting systems, processes, and policies.\n* Maintain accurate general ledger and sub-ledger records.\n* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.\n* Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.\n* Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements.\n* Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.\n* Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.\n* Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for business decisions.\n* Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as required.\n\n### Required Specifications\n* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n* CPAK qualification preferred.\n* 3–5 years’ experience in accounting or finance, preferably with exposure to the construction industry.\n* Experience in setting up finance functions or improving financial processes is highly desirable.\n* Strong knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks) or experience implementing an accounting system.\n* Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\n* Strong communication and reporting abilities.
