Job Description
Nova Pioneer Education Group is seeking passionate individuals for the 2026 Non-Teaching Internship Program at Tatu International School. This opportunity offers hands-on experience supporting functional departments, developing leadership skills, and contributing to transforming the lives of African youth.
Key Responsibilities
Model and live the Nova Culture.
Support functional duties based on the assigned department.
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure functionality and coordination of departmental activities.
Plan, coordinate, and execute projects under the guidance of the departmental head.
Assist managers and support the team with organizing various activities and projects.
Collate, coordinate, order, produce, and deliver a wide range of materials, information, and communications.
Schedule, plan, compose, and send messages as directed by the departmental lead.
Conduct market research and analysis when called upon.
Manage pertinent information with confidentiality.
Perform any other duties aligned with the internship.
Qualifications and Requirements
Recent University or College graduate, or currently pursuing a Degree or Diploma in Counselling, Business Administration, Information Science, Library Science, Procurement, or related fields.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with technology tools such as G-Suite, Zoom, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
High flexibility and ability to handle uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity.
Proactive problem-solving abilities.
Enthusiasm for organizational culture and openness to receiving continuous feedback.
