About the Internship
Nova Pioneer is looking for interns to join the 2026 Non-Teaching Internship Program at Tatu International School. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to support the school's functional operations while living out the Nova Pioneer culture. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the smooth running of administrative and project-based tasks.
Responsibilities and Duties
Culture & Values: Model and live the Nova Culture in all interactions.
Departmental Support: Provide support with functional duties specific to the assigned department.
Administration: Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure functionality and coordination of departmental activities.
Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute projects under the guidance of the departmental head.
Team Assistance: Assist managers and support the team with organizing various activities and projects.
Material Coordination: Handle collation, ordering, production, and delivery of a wide range of materials and communications.
Communication: Schedule, compose, and send messages as directed by the departmental lead.
Research: Conduct market research and analysis when required.
Confidentiality: Manage sensitive and pertinent information with high levels of confidentiality.
General Duties: Perform any other duties in line with the internship as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Recent University/College graduate or currently pursuing a degree/Diploma in Counselling, Business Administration, Information Science, Library Science, Procurement, or related fields.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technology Proficiency: Good working skills with technology such as G-Suite, Zoom, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Adaptability: Flexible and open to change; able to handle uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity well.
Problem Solving: Proactive in identifying issues and addressing them thoroughly by making an effort to find appropriate solutions.
Culture Fit: Excited about the organizational culture—and in particular, fired up to challenge yourself by embracing mutual vulnerability and a firehose of feedback.
Leadership: A desire to further develop your leadership skills and apply them to transform the lives of African youth.
