Braeburn Nanyuki International School (BNIS) is looking for an Assistant Headteacher to lead academic and pastoral progression from Creche to Year 8. BNIS is a growing school serving a diverse community of motivated students and highly engaged parents.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Head of School and established Senior Leadership Team across several whole-school priorities, including:
Strategic Direction and Development: Contributing to the vision and long-term planning for the school's growth.
Leadership & Management: Providing guidance to staff and managing daily operational priorities.
Teaching and Learning: Overseeing instructional quality and academic progression across all year groups.
Safeguarding and Wellbeing: Implementing robust safeguarding measures and supporting student mental health and wellbeing.
Community Links: Building and maintaining strong relationships with parents and the wider school community.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Minimum of a BA/BSc/HND degree.
Documentation: A complete Application Form, a cover letter (max 1 page), and a Curriculum Vitae (max 2 pages).
Referees: Candidates must provide three professional referees, including their current Headteacher and one other from a school previously worked in.
Experience and Passion: Demonstrated skills and a passion for leadership within an international educational environment.
