Zetech University is looking for a Tutorial Fellow in Human Resource Management. Reporting to the Head of Department - Business and Economics, the successful candidate will be responsible for academic instruction, curriculum development, and research within the department. The role involves delivering high-quality lectures, mentoring students, and participating in the broader academic community through research and consultancies.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Teach in areas as allocated by the Head of Department.
Design, develop, plan, and deliver a range of programs of study, including contributing to the creation of new courses at various academic levels.
Deliver high-quality lectures and practical sessions.
Regularly review and update course content and instructional materials.
Collaborate with academic colleagues on course development, curriculum changes, and research initiatives.
Conduct research and prepare research grant proposals.
Participate in consultancies and disseminate research outputs through appropriate channels.
Present research papers at national and international conferences.
Provide mentorship and career guidance to both students and staff.
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications and Experience
A Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree from a recognized or accredited university in a field relevant to Human Resource Management.
A minimum of three (3) years of post-qualification work experience.
Demonstrated potential for excellence in university-level teaching and research.
A strong commitment to fostering a positive and high-quality learning environment for students.
