Job Description
Role Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor is tasked with overseeing inventory accuracy, order processing, and team performance while driving process improvements and operational efficiency within the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Lead stock and cycle counts to ensure 100% system-to-physical accuracy; monitor inventory risks and levels.
Order Fulfillment: Manage the end-to-end fulfillment process to meet OTIFEF (On-Time In-Full Every-Time) KPIs.
Process Improvement: Identify operational gaps, implement 5S/Kaizen standards, and resolve audit actions.
Team & Safety Leadership: Supervise loading, route planning, and PPE compliance; manage trade returns and damage mitigation.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related course.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in warehousing.
At least 2 years of experience at a supervisory level, specifically within an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Sage) and MS Office suite.
