The Group Head of Procurement is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to procure goods and services in the most efficient and cost-effective manner to support the various objectives of the business.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n- Set global strategy, define processes, and own sourcing and procurement globally with a focus on software licensing, consulting, third-party agreements, IT, office equipment, and leases.\n- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, IT/Information Security to design and implement global procurement policies and systems.\n- Nurture relationships with suppliers to negotiate optimal prices and terms; partner with department leadership to optimize service level benefits in vendor contracts.\n- Liaise with key employees to determine product and service needs and support departments with vendor selection and annual partner health checks.\n- Coordinate with the FP&A team to develop spend metrics and analyze trends to reduce expenses while maintaining quality and delivery times.\n- Perform risk management and identify creative ways to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of procurement activities.\n- Steward purchase requests throughout the entire procurement workflow and serve as the organization's representative on procurement procedures.\n\n### Requirements and Qualifications\n- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics, Applied Science, or a Related Field. A Master’s Degree (MBA/MSc/MA) is highly preferred.\n- At least 7 years of business experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.\n- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role with a track record of leading diverse teams.\n- Demonstrated experience in providing strategic leadership in sourcing for large-scale organizations.\n- Experience in continuous improvement environments with a history of achieving significant annual results.\n- Ability to work with FP&A on spend metrics and knowledge of procurement systems.\n- Strong critical thinking, interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.\n- Passion for social enterprise, people development, and environmental benefits.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply online via the d.light recruitment portal.
