Role Overview
Cold Solutions Kenya is seeking proactive, detail-oriented professionals to lead our Pharmaceutical Operations. The ideal candidate should be committed to operational excellence, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate processes and ensuring compliance with established procedures and regulatory standards within a temperature-controlled logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Pharmaceutical Operations: Oversee the specialized storage and handling of pharmaceutical products to ensure integrity and compliance.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients through efficient logistics and warehouse management.
People Management: Supervise and coordinate the warehouse team to meet operational targets.
Administration: Handle warehouse documentation, inventory tracking, and reporting requirements.
Health & Safety: Enforce and maintain strict health, safety, and environmental standards within the facility.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Pharmaceutical Technology, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in warehousing, cold chain, or a regulated logistics environment.
Professional Registration: Must be registered or eligible for registration with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills and a strong sense of responsibility in maintaining accurate processes.
