Job Description
The Warehouse Logistics Co-Ordinator/Planner will be responsible for overseeing warehouse logistics, inventory coordination, and planning operations for consumer electronics. This role involves managing monthly closing processes, supporting Authorized Service Centers (ASCs), processing vendor payments, and handling inventory tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities
Monthly Closing LCC (DYCT, T714, DGZ6, DYCV)
Request for invoices, countercheck, and submit Logistics Invoices.
Ensure monthly task completion.
Perform monthly closing for logistics partners and vendors (including Fargo, SDS, and Siginon).
Submit invoices for payments in a timely manner to avoid clearance interruptions.
ASC Customer Support
Advise Authorized Service Centers (ASCs) on parts availability, estimated time of arrival (ETA), canceling purchase orders (POs), and parts registration.
Coordinate SAW approvals for neighboring country ASCs.
Address parts Q&A and respond to emails from service partners.
Part Vendors Payments
Handle monthly closing for part vendor payments (C5H0, C5H2, C712, C720, C100).
SEEA Neighboring Countries
Advise ASCs on parts availability, ETA, and canceling POs.
Request to raise SAW in case of back orders (BO).
Respond to parts Q&A and email inquiries.
Follow up with MENA on ETA and Open POs, and share prealerts.
Inventory Management
Coordinate quarterly inventory counts and physical stock takes.
Conduct regular cycle counts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in warehouse logistics, inventory planning, or supply chain operations within the consumer electronics industry.
Hands-on experience using SAP ERP, with proficiency in inventory management, logistics planning, purchase orders, goods movements, and reporting. Knowledge of other warehouse management systems (WMS) is an added advantage.
Proven experience in inventory management, stock control, cycle counts, stock takes, logistics coordination, vendor management, and warehouse planning.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with service centers, logistics partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders while managing multiple priorities.
