We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a busy and well-established restaurant in Langata, for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and experienced Waitstaff / Bar Attendants (Barladies).

Key Responsibilities
Provide professional and efficient bar service to customers.
Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with established standards.
Receive customer orders and ensure timely service.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar and lounge area.
Restock beverages, glassware, and bar supplies as required.
Process customer payments accurately.
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards.
Support colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience working in a bar, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality establishment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Honest, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Must be flexible to work 8 to 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays where required.
Applicants should reside within approximately one hour of Langata using public transport.
