The University of Embu is seeking a qualified individual to join the faculty as a Tutorial Fellow in the field of Sports and Recreation. This role is designed for high-achieving academic professionals who are currently pursuing their doctoral studies and are capable of contributing to the university's academic and extracurricular excellence.
Requirements
Applicants for this position must meet the following criteria:
Be a holder of a Bachelor’s degree with at least Second Class Upper Division honors from a recognized university.
Hold a Master’s degree from a recognized university in the area of specialty (Sports and Recreation).
Must be registered for a PhD degree and have made substantial progress in their PhD studies.
Evidence of progress made in the PhD studies (e.g., a PhD progress report) MUST be submitted with the application.
Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and delivery of teaching materials for undergraduate students.
Support research activities within the department.
