Role Overview
The Tutorial Fellow in French is expected to support the academic mission of the university by delivering quality instruction, engaging in research activities, and contributing to the overall development of the French language program within the institution. This role is ideal for a dedicated academic professional who is committed to high-quality teaching and fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment for students.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Deliver high-quality teaching to university students in French language and related arts.
Conduct academic research and contribute to the scholarly output of the department.
Participate in the development and enhancement of the curriculum for French studies.
Mentor and provide academic guidance to students to ensure a positive learning experience.
Participate in departmental meetings and other university administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
A Bachelor's and Master's of Arts degree in French from a recognised/accredited University.
At least three (3) years of post-qualification work experience.
Demonstrated university-level teaching and research experience.
Commitment to high-quality teaching and fostering a positive learning environment for students.
