One Acre Fund is seeking a professional with 2+ years of experience to lead retail operations in Nandi Hills. In this role, you will utilize your sales expertise to manage teams, deliver exceptional service, and drive impact. You will lead retail operations within a specific geographical zone, managing shop-based teams and field agents to drive sales and ensure loan repayments.
Responsibilities
Performance Management: Achieve sales, repayment and impact targets for your zone. Serve as the primary contact for all zonal performance.
Channel Management: Manage multiple channel performance through the entire business cycle simultaneously, working with cross-functional teams as necessary.
Team Leadership & Support: Provide technical support and training to Duka Assistants and Field Agents by setting up and facilitating weekly meetings. Define and manage work planning for your team.
Operational Oversight: Oversee and execute inventory ordering, data entry and merchandising. Oversee the control environment at the Duka (shop).
Staff Development: Actively build your teams through hiring, training and performance management.
Strategic Implementation: Supporting planning and implementation of promotion programs for your zone. Assist customers in understanding their needs and articulate key differentiators.

Qualifications
A Diploma or Bachelors Degree in any related field.
2+ years of experience in a sales, partner or channel manager role.
Demonstrated ability to consistently work towards strategic goals.
Effective strategic and analytical thinking skills.
