Regional Manager – North Rift

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive sales and business development activities within the North Rift region.
• Support the company's mission of transforming agriculture through high-quality fertilizer products.
• Identify and establish relationships with key regional stakeholders, including farmers, cooperatives, and distributors.
• Manage regional distribution channels to ensure product availability and market penetration.
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers and partners in the field.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform regional strategies.
• Ensure regional sales targets and growth objectives are consistently met or exceeded.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Agriculture, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the agricultural sector.
• Strong knowledge of the North Rift region and its agricultural landscape.
• Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
