About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Semi-Senior to join our growing Transaction Advisory team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality transaction advisory engagements, including financial due diligence, business valuations, mergers and acquisitions support, and corporate restructuring assignments. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse client portfolio across multiple industries while contributing to strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in and execute transaction advisory engagements, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital-raising transactions.
Perform financial due diligence reviews, identifying key risks, opportunities, and deal considerations.
Conduct business valuations using appropriate valuation methodologies and prepare detailed valuation reports.
Support corporate restructuring and financial consulting assignments through financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
Develop robust financial models and perform quantitative analysis to support client decision-making.
Prepare high-quality client deliverables, including reports, presentations, and transaction-related documentation.
Assist clients in evaluating investment opportunities, business performance, and strategic growth initiatives.
Collaborate with senior team members and clients to understand business needs and develop practical solutions.
Supervise, coach, and support junior team members throughout project execution.
Ensure compliance with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and firm methodologies.
Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposal preparation, market research, and client relationship management.
Work effectively within multidisciplinary and multicultural teams to deliver engagements successfully.
Qualifications and Experience
Certification: CIFA, FMVA or equivalent certification is mandatory. CFA qualification or progression towards CFA designation is an added advantage.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in transaction advisory, including due diligence, financial modeling, business valuation, corporate restructuring, and financial consulting.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools. Data analytics expertise is an added advantage.
