Role Overview
The Training Management Analyst (CPSB 10) is responsible for the systematic management and analysis of training-related data to support workforce development within the County Government of Bomet. The role involves overseeing the collection, processing, and storage of management information data specifically concerning staff training and development activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinating, collecting, processing, managing, and storing management information data, specifically focused on staff training and development activities.
Preparing appraisal reports, maintaining skills inventories, and managing complement control.
Designing and implementing Management Information Systems (MIS) to streamline training management.
Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must meet the following criteria:
Possess a Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: Management Science, Computer Science, Information Science, or any other degree in a relevant field from a recognized university.
OR Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or a Bachelor of Science degree, and an advanced certificate or Post-Graduate Diploma in Computer/Information Science (or an equivalent relevant qualification) from a recognized institution.
Hold a certificate in computer application skills from a recognized institution.
