Job Description
BAYE Africa, in partnership with the National Youth Opportunities Towards Advancement (NYOTA) project, invites qualified and passionate professionals to apply as trainers for the Socio-Economic Skills Development (SESD) component under the NYOTA Program in Laikipia.
About the NYOTA Project
The National Youth Opportunities Towards Advancement (NYOTA) project is a landmark initiative by the Government of Kenya, funded by the World Bank, aimed at transforming the lives of vulnerable youth. Over five years, NYOTA will create employment opportunities, enhance income generation, and promote savings among the youth population.

Eligibility Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Education, Business, Social Sciences, Community Development, Agribusiness, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in training, facilitation, or youth skills development.
Proven experience in Socio-Economic Skills Development (SESD), entrepreneurship, financial literacy, or digital skills training.
Strong communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills.
Experience working in ASAL (Arid and Semi-Arid Lands) regions is an added advantage.
