KIPS Technical College is a premier tertiary institution established and mandated by the TVET Authority to operate as an Educational Training Institute. We offer technical training leading to Artisans, Certificates, Diplomas, and professional qualifications in various courses. We are looking for a dedicated Trainer in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning to join our faculty and provide high-quality instruction to our students.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical training and instruction to students in the field of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. The role involves curriculum delivery, practical instruction, and ensuring students meet the required standards for TVET certification.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Must possess a Degree or Higher Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or a relevant engineering field.
Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in technical training or industry practice.
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of tertiary training and vocational education standards.
Skills: Strong teaching and technical training skills are a mandatory requirement for this role.
