PC Kinyanjui Technical Training Institute is seeking a qualified German Language Trainer (Ref: РСКТТI/ADMIN/002/2026) to join our academic department. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality German language instruction to Level 5 and 6 trainees, preparing them for international certifications and professional communication.
Duties and Responsibilities
Instructional Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver comprehensive training sessions in German for Level 5 & 6 trainees.
Curriculum & Materials: Develop training materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools aligned with TVET curriculum requirements.
Performance Monitoring: Assess, evaluate, and monitor trainees' academic performance and language progress.
Proficiency Guidance: Support trainees in mastering speaking, writing, listening, and reading skills.
Exam Preparation: Prepare trainees for internationally recognized language proficiency examinations (e.g., Goethe-Zertifikat).
Reporting & Records: Maintain accurate training records and submit periodic academic reports.
Institutional Participation: Engage in departmental meetings and contribute to institutional academic activities.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Education from a recognized institution.
Certification in the German language (Goethe certification is mandatory).
Diploma in Technical Education or equivalent pedagogical training.
Relevant teaching/training experience in a TVET institution or similar educational setting.

High level of integrity and professionalism.
Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.
