Job Description
Our client is hiring an experienced Tour Consultant to handle travel inquiries and convert safari bookings.
Responsibilities
- Respond to travel inquiries and convert them into safari bookings.
- Design detailed and attractive safari itineraries tailored to client needs.
- Prepare accurate quotations and manage pricing for travel packages.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience working in a travel or safari company.
- Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of safari destinations within Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda.
- Skills:
- Proven ability to design safari itineraries.
- Competence in preparing quotations.
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Experience with travel booking systems is an added advantage.
