Territory Manager – Meru

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure streamlined implementation of the customer strategy at POS in order to further build market share.
• Create regional sales plans and quotas to ensure growth both long and short-term.
• Monitor and evaluate team and individual performance and report on the sales results in the territory.
• Together with the sales team, identify and implement actions for closing possible results gaps in the concerned POS when they occur.
• Follow up of field budgets versus incremental sales per rep.
• Build excellent relationships with the regional/Key Distribution Manager, and address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
• Gather, analyze the regional market trends and provide competitive information on a regular and continuous basis, and pursue new opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Degree in Business-related area.
• At least 3 years’ working experience in relevant position in the FMCG industry (experience in sales planning, execution in the general trade channel is an advantage).
• Strong analytical and computer skills with an owner’s mindset and proven business management competency.
• Effective communication, with good command in English and influencing skills.
• Creative, passionate, proactive, confident and able to work under high pressure.
• Passion for the consumer and customer focus with a growth mindset.
