Job Description
Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC) is a State Corporation committed to excellence in broadcast services to our audience, customers, and the public. Its aim is to inform, educate, and entertain the public through Radio and Television services. The Corporation is seeking to fill an internship position within the Television Programmes Department (Design) for dynamic, self-driven, and results-oriented professionals.
Responsibilities
Develop and create 2D, 3D, and 4D graphics for various television programmes.
Collaborate with the production team to design visual assets that align with programme themes.
Utilize graphic design software to enhance the visual appeal of broadcasts.
Maintain a high level of creativity and innovation in all design projects.
Support the general operations of the design unit within the TV Programmes department.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design OR a Diploma in Graphic Design/3D Graphic Design (or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
Good knowledge of 2D, 3D, and 4D Software.
Must be computer literate.
High level of creativity and innovativeness.
Kenyan youth aged between 21 and 34 years.
Graduated from College/University not earlier than the year 2021.
Documents Required Upon Selection
Upon successful selection and intake, interns will be required to submit the following documents:
Personal accident insurance cover for the entire period of internship.
Medical insurance cover by NHIF or any other reputable firm.
KRA PIN certificate.
NSSF card.
Two coloured passport photographs.
Bank account details.
Recommendation/reference letter from the institution attended.
Certificate of Good Conduct.
