Micro and Small Enterprise Authority (MSEA)
The Technical Lead at the Micro and Small Enterprise Authority (MSEA) is responsible for providing technical and operational leadership for large-scale development projects and enterprise development programs. Established as a state corporation under the Micro and Small Enterprise Act No. 55 of 2012, MSEA works within the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Co-operatives to support the MSME sector. This role involves managing project planning, implementation, and coordination, particularly for donor-funded initiatives like those from the World Bank. The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, engage diverse stakeholders, and ensure program sustainability through strategic resource mobilization and reporting.
