Progressive Credit is looking for a Team Leader based in Rongai. The successful candidate will lead a sales team, achieve monthly targets, manage loan portfolios, and ensure excellent customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales targets and acquire new customers.
Ensure a high level of quality loans are referred to the business.
Provide support in the recovery of credit facilities referred by yourself and the team.
Ensure zero tolerance for customer complaints, both internal and external.
Maintain high levels of confidentiality of customers' information.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships.
Requirements and Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing, or any Business-related course.
Practical working experience in a Microfinance Institution (MFI).
At least 4 years of experience as a Team Leader or Branch Manager.
