Phoenix Capital Ltd is a microfinance company based in Kenya with branches in the Nairobi CBD, Kilimani, Utawala, and BuruBuru. We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to oversee our Logbook Loans division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a sales team, driving targets, and ensuring a deep understanding of logbook financing products within the microfinance sector.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals specializing in logbook loans.
Drive the team to meet and exceed monthly sales and collection targets.
Provide expert guidance on logbook loan financing processes and regulations.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and mentorship.
Ensure compliance with company policies and microfinance industry standards.
Requirements
A minimum of a certificate or diploma in Sales and Marketing or any related business field.
2+ years of experience in Sales Team Management.
3+ years of experience in Microfinance, specifically focusing on Logbook Loans.
Strong, in-depth knowledge of Logbook Loan Financing.
