At TakaTaka Solutions, we approach waste collection differently. Instead of dumping waste into landfills, we transport it to our specialized sites where we sort and recycle 95% of it, either through our own facilities or local partners. We are seeking a performance-driven Sales Executive to expand our collection services across residential and commercial sectors.
Role Overview
The Sales Executive will identify new business opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and build lasting relationships with clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Planning
Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the waste management and recycling industry.
Customer Acquisition and Retention
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate leads, prospect new clients, and build a robust sales pipeline.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Client Consultations and Presentations
Conduct client meetings to understand their waste management needs and present tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients.
Contract Negotiation and Closing
Negotiate contracts and close deals with commercial and/or residential clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to finalizing contracts.
Market and Competitor Analysis
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting
Track and report sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and conversion rates.
Collaboration and Teamwork
Work closely with other departments, such as logistics, customer service, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Provide guidance and support as needed.
Customer Support and Follow-up
Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Conduct follow-up meetings and check-ins to ensure continued satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Requirements
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Management, or any related field.
At least 1-2 years of work experience in sales with high performance.
Previous experience in solution selling of complex products or services (e.g., facility management, security, and IT).
