Progressive Credit is looking for a Team Leader to be based in Machakos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, securing high-quality loans, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and leading a dynamic team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales targets and bring in new customers.
Ensure a high level of quality loans are referred to the business.
Provide support in the recovery of facilities referred by yourself and the team.
Ensure zero tolerance for customer complaints, both internal and external.
Maintain high levels of confidentiality of customers' information.
Provide good service delivery on customer service relationships.
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or Degree in sales and marketing or any Business-related course.
Practical working experience in a Micro Finance Institution.
At least 4 years of experience as a Team leader / Branch Manager.
