Progressive Credit is seeking a motivated Team Leader to be based in Thika. This role involves guiding a dedicated sales team, achieving monthly sales targets, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring optimal customer service and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales targets and bring in new customers.
Ensure a high level of quality loans are referred to the business.
Provide support in the recovery of facilities referred by yourself and the team.
Ensure zero tolerance for customer complaints, both internal and external.
Maintain high levels of confidentiality of customers' information.
Good Service Delivery on customer service Relationships.
Requirements and Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in sales and marketing or any Business-related course.
A practical working experience in a Micro Finance Institution.
At least 4 years of experience as a Team leader /Branch Manager.
