Progressive Credit is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader for their Nairobi office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a sales team, driving sales targets, sourcing high-quality loan referrals, and managing key customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales targets and acquire new customers.
Ensure a high level of quality loans are referred to the business.
Provide support in the recovery of facilities referred by yourself and the team.
Maintain a zero-tolerance policy for customer complaints, both internal and external.
Maintain high levels of confidentiality of customers' information.
Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing or any Business-related course.
Practical working experience in a Micro Finance Institution.
At least 4 years of experience as a Team Leader or Branch Manager.
