Progressive Credit is looking for an experienced Team Leader for our Kilifi branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team to drive sales, ensure the quality of referred loans, maintain high customer service standards, and assist with loan recovery.
Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales targets and bring in new customers.
Ensure a high level of quality loans are referred to the business.
Provide support in the recovery of facilities referred by yourself and the team.
Ensure zero tolerance for customer complaints, both internal and external.
Maintain high levels of confidentiality of customers' information.
Deliver excellent service and build strong customer relationships.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing or any Business-related course.
Practical working experience in a Micro Finance Institution (MFI).
At least 4 years of experience as a Team Leader or Branch Manager.
