Role Overview
The Teacher of English is responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent English provision at the Senior School level. The successful candidate will foster a culture of excellence, use data to improve outcomes, and support the school's Christian ethos.
Key Responsibilities
Promoting the Christian ethos of the school.
Establishing and developing a culture of excellence within the English department.
Ensuring delivery of excellent English provision at the Senior School.
Developing and improving the overall quality of academic provision.
Developing and delivering outstanding assessment for learning, in line with school policy.
Ensuring accurate reporting data and identifying trends to improve academic outcomes for all students.

Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) in English or Education, or equivalent (HND).
