The Makueni County Public Service Board is seeking to recruit qualified and dedicated individuals for the position of Support Staff. This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of county offices, primarily focusing on maintaining cleanliness and providing essential logistical support. This is a permanent and pensionable position within Job Group "D".
Responsibilities
Office Cleanliness: Ensure all office premises are kept clean and tidy to maintain a professional and conducive working environment.
Messengerial Duties: Handle the delivery and collection of official documents, files, and other office items as directed.
General Support: Carry out any other duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor to support the efficiency of the department.
Requirements for Appointment
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Education: Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) with a mean grade of D plain.
Identification: Must be a holder of a valid National Identification Card.
Additional Advantage: A certificate in computer applications will be considered an added advantage.
Salary and Terms of Service
Salary Scale: Kshs 18,250 - 22,720 per month (Job Group "D").
Terms: Permanent and Pensionable.
