As the Supply Chain Manager at CDL Human Resource, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations including sourcing, warehousing, logistics, and inventory management. The role focuses on ensuring smooth daily operations with minimal disruptions and zero stockouts while leveraging data insights to drive decision-making and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including sourcing, warehousing, logistics, and inventory management.
- Ensure smooth daily operations with minimal disruptions and zero stockouts.
- Monitor stock movement from intake to dispatch, including returns and processing activities.
Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Maintain optimal stock levels through continuous monitoring and planning.
- Ensure strict adherence to FIFO principles and minimize wastage.
- Oversee inventory audits, reconciliations, and reporting accuracy.
Systems, Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date ERP (Odoo) records for all inventory movements.
- Develop and manage Power BI dashboards for performance tracking and reporting.
- Leverage data insights to support decision-making and operational improvements.
Demand Planning & S&OP
- Lead demand forecasting and sales & operations planning (S&OP) processes.
- Align supply with market demand to optimize availability and reduce excess stock.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
- Develop and implement SOPs to strengthen operational controls and efficiency.
- Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive automation and system improvements across supply chain functions.
Supplier & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent supply.
- Negotiate favorable terms and improve supplier performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, technology) to ensure alignment and coordination.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead warehouse and sourcing teams, including structuring roles and setting performance targets.
- Foster a high-performance, accountable, and results-driven culture.
- Coach and develop team members to improve efficiency and output.
Experience & Professional Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management within FMCG, fresh produce, or distribution environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience with ERP systems (preferably Odoo), Power BI, and process automation.
- Strong background in warehouse operations, supplier management, and inventory control.
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and compliance standards within warehousing and logistics.
