The County Government of Kitui is looking for 26 Supply Chain Management Assistants IV. This is an entry-level position within the Supply Chain department, primarily focused on assisting with basic store operations and maintaining accurate procurement records under the guidance of more experienced officers.
Duties and Responsibilities
Store Operations: Handling simple tasks such as issuing and receiving stores to ensure stock levels are maintained correctly.
Record Management: Preparation and maintenance of supply chain records under the supervision of a senior officer.
Documentation: Ensuring all transactions are documented according to established procedures.
Requirements for Appointment
Citizenship: Must be a Citizen of Kenya.
Education (KCSE): Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade C- with a minimum of C- in Mathematics and English or Kiswahili, or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Professional Qualification: Certificate in Supplies Management or its approved equivalent from a recognized institution, OR an Advanced Certificate in Supply Chain Management from a recognized institution.
