Role Summary
The Supply Chain Data & Planning Analyst will support the Supply Chain team by ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable operational data for planning, reporting, and decision-making. The role will work closely with warehouses, sourcing teams, operations, finance, commercial and product teams to collect, consolidate, validate, analyze, and maintain data across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management
Collect and consolidate supply chain data from warehouses, sourcing teams, production facilities, commercial teams, and other stakeholders into standardized databases.
Validate and maintain accurate inventory, sourcing, and planning data.
Reporting & Dashboarding
Prepare weekly and monthly supply chain reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel and Power BI.
Monitor and report KPIs related to inventory, sourcing, logistics, and operational performance.
Planning Support
Support demand, inventory, and sourcing planning through data analysis and stock projections.
Identify potential risks, shortages, and improvement opportunities.
Inventory & Reconciliation
Monitor inventory levels and reconcile physical stock with system records.
Investigate discrepancies and support month-end stock closing.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Commercial, and Product teams to ensure timely data submission and reporting.
Support project tracking and information management initiatives when required.
Support other team members in creating automation reports and dashboards.
Qualifications and Competencies
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or operations.
Must have at least 1 year of data analyst experience.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas, scenario analysis).
Must have basic to intermediate Power BI skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with inventory management systems or ERP platforms.
Knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory control, and planning methodologies.
Familiarity with data visualization and reporting best practices.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
