As the Student Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies and campaigns aimed at attracting high-quality prospective students from a variety of backgrounds. This role involves building key relationships with stakeholders, managing recruitment events, and utilizing data analytics to meet enrolment targets.\n\n### Responsibilities\n\n\n* Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies and campaigns aimed at attracting high-quality prospective students from a variety of backgrounds.\n* Identify recruitment targets based on institutional goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with long-term enrolment goals.\n* Monitor and assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and adjust as necessary to meet annual enrolment targets.\n\n\n* Establish and maintain strong relationships with high schools, community colleges, educational consultants, and other key stakeholders.\n* Build partnerships with community organizations, industry leaders, and alumni to enhance recruitment efforts.\n* Engage with prospective students and their families through one-on-one meetings, campus visits, and recruitment events.\n\n\n* Organize and manage recruitment events, including open houses, campus tours, college fairs, and information sessions.\n* Coordinate travel for recruitment events, ensuring attendance at national and international events when applicable.\n* Represent the institution at regional, national, and international recruitment events.\n\n\n* Use analytics and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to monitor trends in student recruitment, application data, and conversion rates.\n* Prepare regular reports on recruitment performance and present them to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.\n* Implement effective follow-up strategies to ensure high conversion rates from inquiry to enrolment.\n\n\n* Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling recruitment materials, including brochures, websites, digital content, and social media campaigns.\n* Ensure that marketing materials are up to date and aligned with the institution's brand and recruitment goals.\n* Assist with the development of content for recruitment-related communications, such as email marketing, direct mail, and advertisements.\n\n### Requirements\n* A degree in higher education, marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.\n* 1-3 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or enrolment management in higher education is required.\n* Proven experience in leading a team and developing successful recruitment strategies.\n* Knowledge of CRM systems, data analysis, and digital marketing tools.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply online by visiting the following application link: which redirects to the official BambooHR page.
