As a Field Service Supervisor (Solids Control), you will be responsible for overseeing resource scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring job activities to ensure successful project completion while maintaining strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Resource Management: Handle the scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements to provide effective support.
- HSE Compliance: Apply Health, Safety, and Environment standards and procedures in all situations to ensure continuous compliance.
- Project Coordination: Monitor all job activities for the business unit to ensure successful completion and coordinate with FS Team Leads regarding personnel planning.
- Customer Liaison: Manage internal and external customers to secure updated forecasts of Field Service (FS) activities and act as the primary contact for project execution and closeout.
- Technical Guidance: Collaborate with co-workers and customers to provide technical guidance for solving complex problems.
- Business Reviews: Lead business reviews and technical presentations; attend customer meetings to advise on service delivery.
- Operational Efficiency: Manage bookings, control timesheets/service tickets, and ensure invoicing aligns with contracts to prevent revenue leakage.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: Minimum of a BA/BSc/HND in a relevant technical or engineering field.
- General Experience: 5+ years of total oilfield experience.
- Specialized Experience: At least 5 years of experience in waste management specifically on offshore installations and experience with deep-water waste management operations.
- Supervisory Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Supervisor role within Waste Management.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Field Service waste management installation and maintenance operations.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Soft Skills: Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and motivate global teams.
