MSVL Group is a leading provider of recruitment, HR consulting, and corporate training services with over 10 years of experience across Africa, India, and the Middle East. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content and managing the digital presence of the company across multiple platforms, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality engagement.
Responsibilities
Create and design engaging social media content (posts, reels, short-form videos) using Canva and other creative tools.
Manage and create content for LinkedIn, ensuring professional, high-quality posts that reflect the company's brand and positioning.
Manage and grow Instagram and Facebook pages through consistent posting and active community engagement.
Maintain strong visual quality, brand consistency, and tone across all social media platforms.
Assist with basic video editing, content scheduling, and performance tracking while staying updated on social media trends.
Requirements
Fresh college graduates or candidates with 0-2 years of social media or content experience.
BA/BSc/HND qualification in a relevant field.
Strong Canva design skills with a good eye for layout, color, and visual storytelling.
Understanding of what makes high-quality, engaging social media content.
Hands-on experience with Instagram and Facebook (posts, reels, stories, engagement).
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn content is an added advantage.
Familiarity with tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, or other video editing software is a plus.
Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility for online brand representation.
