Job Description
MSVL Group is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager with specialized experience in the healthcare sector to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving hospital growth objectives through comprehensive marketing and communication strategies, managing digital platforms, and building strong referral networks. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on execution in a medical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Develop and execute an annual marketing and communications strategy aligned with hospital growth goals.
Digital Marketing: Lead initiatives across website management, SEO/SEM, social media, paid campaigns, email marketing, and online reputation management.
Community Outreach: Plan and deliver community programs, screening drives, patient education campaigns, and awareness initiatives.
Referral Management: Build and maintain referral networks with clinicians, private clinics, corporate partners, and insurance providers.
Public Relations: Oversee PR, media relations, crisis communications, and the development of patient case studies.
Operations: Manage marketing budgets and coordinate with external vendors, including agencies and media partners.
Analytics: Track and report on KPIs such as referral sources, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, campaign ROI, and traffic analytics.
Leadership: Mentor and performance-manage the marketing team while collaborating with clinical leadership to ensure medical accuracy in all patient-centered communications.
Requirements and Qualifications
Experience: 5-7+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years specifically within hospital, healthcare, or allied medical services.
Specialization: Experience in oncology services is strongly preferred.
Leadership: Proven track record in managing and developing a marketing team.
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
Technical Skills: Strong digital marketing expertise (Google Ads, Meta platforms, analytics tools) and proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, and lead-tracking systems.
Soft Skills: Excellent content development, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills.
