Role Overview
As a Skincare Consultant, you will act as a brand ambassador, helping clients identify their skin types and concerns while recommending appropriate solutions. You will blend product knowledge with exceptional sales skills to drive business growth and build lasting customer relationships.

Expert Consultation: Provide professional skincare assessments and tailored product recommendations based on individual client needs.
Customer Service: Deliver a premium shopping experience through exceptional service and attentive client care.
Industry Expertise: Stay informed about modern skincare trends, specific ingredients, and industry innovations.
Sales & Demonstrations: Drive sales through active product demonstrations and personalized beauty advice.
Brand Presentation: Maintain an organized and welcoming environment that reflects the brand's commitment to wellness and excellence.
Requirements
Education: A BA/BSc/HND degree is required.
Passion: A genuine interest in the beauty, skincare, and wellness industry.
Customer Orientation: A professional demeanor with a strong "client-first" mindset.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of various skincare routines, skin types, and product benefits.
Experience: Previous experience in retail sales is a strong advantage.
Trend Awareness: Familiarity with current skincare trends and popular active ingredients.
Salary
KSh 30,000 per month.
